Jenny and team have made 4 custom signs for me and they are tremendous! They made them exactly to my specifications on the first try and we get compliments on them all the time. They are always available to chat and their prices are very cheap for the product and service that you receive! They will be my sign makers forever!

Bad customer service, rude, Jenny had a bad attitude . I will never buy anything from this business even I was a long time customer. If there is a haft star I would give to this business for the way she treated the customers.

Jenny Jenny Jenny!!!! I was so close to ordering one of these things on Etsy and getting them over seas. Let me tell you, make sure you study the neon work because they can make the words look really squiggly! I contacted them on the weekend Feb 5th but they got back to me that following week day. Feb 7th and shipped my neon light to Vegas and I got it on Feb 16th! ITS PERFECT. They are so efficient, they reply super quick and have reasonable prices! VERY REASONABLE. It's hard to find a legit company. They are the ones to do business with. THANKSSS JENNY!!!!!!

A friend of mine referred me to this place and I have to say they have one of the best customer service. They will help you out and make sure that your needs are fulfilled. Linda did mockups for me, so I didn't even have to send her any artwork. When I got to their warehouse, Jenny made sure that I was taken care of and also went over the small details. I will update this review once I go and pick up the items, but I have no doubt it is going to be great quality.

Ever since I reached out to both Wendy and Jenny, they both responded so quickly (30 minutes or less) to all my questions. They did mock ups for me over 10 times to fix the sign design so that it is perfect. Their service is over and beyond. Since this sign was for our wedding, we needed it in a short span of time and wanted the design a certain way. Both Wendy and Jenny went over and beyond and met every expectation; customer service, responsiveness, and fast turnaround. I was able to pick up the sign 4 business days after we finalized the order. The pick up was also amazing because the owner helped me fit the 40x40 sign into my small car. Words can't explain how happy I was with the overall outcome - the pictures show it all. All our guests got to enjoy it and loved it! I have been referring everyone to Arter Neon because, well, they exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much Wendy and Jenny for all your help. Our wedding was unique because of this sign!
