To the male cashier in glasses working at 6:20 pm on 10/15/2021 I was caught off guard by the dudes after I couldn't remember my pin to pay for a soda, he offered to get me something which totally caught me by surprise, it's very generous and much appreciated man. Ur a good dude and I wish u all the best in life.

7 bucks for car wash that does not dry. And their car wash process is just so stupid. I have to remember the pole number and get a code for car wash in their store. Think about this for a woman who have a kid. The employees have a really bad attitude, and it sounds like it is my fault that did not remember the pole number. Guys, beware of their car wash!!!!!!!!

Who hires the employees here? Because that person needs to be fired too lol. I came in today and put $20 on pump 9 and then when I got back to my car I noticed the pump didn't work. So I went back in to ask why it wasn't working. The worker, who looked like she was half asleep, began telling me that I never walked in and gave her money for the gas. After a brief argument she agreed I was right. Such horrible attitude, her carelessness caused her to either press the wrong pump or do whatever she did. Try to avoid getting gas here on the weekend, the employees are totally brainless.

I came to wash my car and the dryer wasnt working so i went inside the store to let them know . The cashier just told me to come back the next day to talk to the manager. I came back today and the manager is not even here. Just wasting my time it sucks

In my experience the car wash either does not work or does not give you what you pay for. I purchase the works and it gives me basic wash.

The usual. So convenient to get gas off of the freeway and it's great they are close to auto shops nearby. Located diagonal from Shell, the other gas station, and across from a liquor store.

Very bad customer service extremely rude , and they told me they only except cash or debit card , so I use my debit card , they charged me 35 c . What's the point telling the customers we only except debit card if you're going to charge ,

The attendant on duty was hostile towards my mom and I. My mom purchased a car wash but it was the wrong one so I asked for her to exchange it. The attendant immediately went on the defensive saying she didn't make a mistake. I never said she did. But in my experience in leadership position, she was doing something wrong to be defensive. I tried to calmly explain to her that my mom has bad eyesight but she just kept talking over me and at one point asked if I wanted a refund. I asked for her name so I could complain to her manager but she wouldn't give it. Which also leads me to believe she was doing something wrong. Eventually I asked for a refund but she said she couldn't do that. I asked her why she even brought it up then. If she would have said that at the beginning, I would have just left it at that. Then she accused me of stealing by already using the car wash. I didn't even leave the store so how would I have done that?! She eventually gave us a refund while threatening to call the police and the guy in line behind us said that she had the right to refuse service. He may be right but I also have the right to a refund for services not rendered and to be treated with courtesy, which is her job. She told us to leave but I hadn't paid for my coffee and when I used my scratch power app, she said "YOU people would get free stuff! It's already done. You used it." When it wouldn't scan because she was holding the scanner wrong. When it scanned she was even more hostile for herself proving herself wrong. She was not only hostile and had an attitude problem, but she was also racist and discriminated against the elderly and disabled. I believe she is mentally unstable. Definitely a liability and having a bad day, but that does NOT give her the right to take it out on us. In my honest opinion, she needs to be terminated. She deliberately escalated the situation by being hostile towards us and caused unnecessary aggravation. She should do her job and if she can't then maybe she should quit and get another one. It's really that simple!
