HorribleDropped off my printer 2 months ago. Can't get ahold of anyone by phone, showed up once and the business is closed. Left numerous messages. Dennis seemed nice but disappeared Would never recommend I just want my printer back, DONT REPAIR IT

Dennis is the man. Such a pleasure to work with a professional who cares about his customers. I had a problem with changing ink cartridges on my Epson WF 7720. I called first, left a message, got a call about 30 minutes later. I explained the problem, he said try thus and so, and presto, I was up and running again. He spent 5 minutes on the phone with me - no charge - but I'm mailing him a check anyway. Definitely recommend.

Dennis basically stole a $1000 printer from me. I dropped it off and it never got repaired. I couldn't even pick it up because the store is never open. It's been months since I've dropped off the printer and still have not gotten any response through their phone line and I even tried reaching out through email. Maybe they're out of business.

They never return calls. I dropped of my printer 2 months ago. I've called every week since I dropped it off. If he can't fix it tell me. I want to pick up my printer but they never answer the phone.

I dripped off my Printer 2 months ago. I have called every week they never answer the phone I have left messages each time and they never called me back. Seriously, at least call me back and tell me something. Any update, at all would be nice but nothing from them. It's not like it's an expensive model.

I thought my printer was a lost cause! But it was taken of! So happy that I found this place. Most people think your printer breaks! Buy a new one! Nope! Get it fixed!

They've fixed my Epson EcoTank Et-2500 here. They have an extensive knowledge and experience in fixing printers. Entrance to the place can be missed from using the GPS so take it slow.

They can always fix my printers no one else in the areas can. My only complaints are sometimes it's hard to get a reach of them because they kind of come and go for different reasons like repairs outside the office and I think they kind of make their own schedule. Pricing is good.

NEVER Bring a printer or anything to be fixed here. This place is unethical and unprofessional. I brought my Epson R3000 for repair of an error that was on the display 6months later no phone calls for updates, no return phone calls after I left messages. My wife went in person for an update and Denis told her he would call back the next day and a week went by no call. we called a few times and he avoided our calls and would not answer the phone. I showed up announced to pick up my printer and he gave it back to me completely destroyed and fully unasebled in a cardboard box. He said that he had thrown the print head away because it was no good and that it had since lost missing parts and that he could not find the housing and covers. I believe he used my printer to fix other printers of the same model. And was not returning our calls so he could claim we had abandoned the printer. He stole my parts to fix and charge other people. Do yourself a favor and don't put yourself through the nightmare Dennis and Aims Printing repair is. He should go out of business for being a their and unprofessional.

I just picked up my Epson Stylus Photo R2880 from AIMS Printer repair. First off, I've never brought in a printer for repair. So, I didn't know what to expect regarding cost of repair or turnaround. Dennis was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful in during our interactions. The issue I was experiencing was "odd" but he was able to do some digging and brought my printer back to functional status. He was straight forward and suggested other methods to try to prevent further problems. I dropped off my printer on Friday afternoon, and when I followed up with him on the following Wednesday, the printer was fixed. So the turnaround was extremely fast! My total price was extremely reasonable and there is nothing negative to say. This will definitely be my go to spot for any future printer repairs!

My printer the Epson Stylus Photo 1400 have problem grasping the paper. It is hard to find service with reasonable price for this. Finally I reach AIMS Printer Repair. The service is efficient and the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend this Super service !!!!!!

Dennis was great and I feel like he did his best to make our printer work without breaking the bank (meaning spending more on repairs than the printer is worth). He was able to get my printer EPSON t3270 working again. They are an authorized EPSON repair center, which is how I found out about them. I'd also mention that due to covid and with printers sold out everywhere, give them a little more time than you would like to repair your printer. Times are tough and it's a small shop that can only do so many print tests per day, you know how long those take.

I had a really great experience here! My printer was filled with cat fur and dust and was not printing. The worker here was very friendly with me and was very helpful in cleaning my printer. I could tell he really put in effort to clean my printer and I was really appreciative of how well he cleaned it. 100% recommend this place for printer repairs because their service is amazing!

I have brothers printers in my business and they have reasonable repair prices and their turnaround time is fast. Strongly recommended.
