“Brought in truck that broke down on CA highway. We're from Idaho. Needed it looked at immediately and repaired soonest. They dropped what they were doing as soon as our truck was towed in. They gave us a ride to the car rental place, they used (by permission) a part from another truck that matched ours so we didn't have to wait 3 days for the part to come in, they had our truck repaired in less than 24 hours.
