Wow, the female in the pharmacy is rude. She can't handle a basic, friendly transaction without being a jerk. She doesn't belong in customer service. Can't imagine treating people like that, she must know there will be no consequences. Try being neutral if you can't manage being friendly. Just ugly.

Had a great experience with customer service rep Ashley. I bought a 4 pack of Red Bull and one can came damaged from the factory. I brought it in to exchange but they didn't have the same flavor in the 8oz size so she gave me the 12 oz size instead. A minor little thing but it was great customer service!! Bravo Ashley!
