Went in today (Sunday) to find out about my new debit cards pin #. Guy tells me to go to atm and use a pin he gives me then it will ask me to set my own- so I try it it doesn't work- all the while in a bit of a hurry to get somewhere- I go back and tell him it's not working then he tells me that I have to press a tab on the ATM screen that he never even told me about in the first place- felt like he was playing a little game with me-bad customer service- I'm at a bank, my time is preciuos, I DONT have time to fiddle around with the male teller with a shabby beard who apparently has all the time in the world- then to hear a little snicker from the girl teller once I get done is the icing on the cake- I think it's time a manager put a little fire under there asses! Be professional. Maybe there getting a little to laxidaisel sitting in that grocery store! The guy with the blondish brown hair and glasses is great- ALWAYS professional- stellar customer service!
