We had a very complex transaction as we were selling our existing house and buying our new house at the same time. It was very refreshing to find out that the loan process was the easiest piece of the puzzle.
Tai and his team are the best a communicating and ensuring you are getting your questions answered timely. They went above and beyond and help with guidance and thoughts on matters even beyond the loan process.
Their process was very efficient and easy. The fact that I could upload or sign-off all documentation via a mobile app is game changing as we could take care of paperwork from anywhere at any time convenient to us. This is a great improvement over the last time we applied for a loan 12 years ago.

As first time home buyers, we were nervous about how much we could afford, and unsure about all the details that it entailed. Victor was a pleasure to work with - such outstanding communication from beginning to end. He took the time to sit down with us on several occasions, and explain every possible scenario, answer every question, and even checking in throughout his explanations, to make sure we were following. He clearly understands that the process can be a bit overwhelming for first timers, so he takes the time to communicate and explain things thoroughly. We highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking to purchase a home. He will make you feel at ease, and take the stress out of making such an important decision as buying a property is. Tai has helped us finance and refinance several times over the decades, and he's always the first person I consider when thinking about refinancing. Tai is responsive, knowledgeable, personable, and always willing to patiently talk through changing scenarios and ideas and answer any questions you might have. I've tried using some of those online Bankrate.com type brokers over the years, and they're always trying to hustle you into making a quick decision so they can lock in their deal, and I find that unnerving. In contrast, Tai will talk through options with you, and will keep in touch but also give you a little breathing room to come to a decision. I really appreciate Tai's knowledge and his honesty. I can't recommend him highly enough.
