Patricia made the best with the bad situation that was my hair. I haven't cut it in a few YEARS, due to Covid, but I finally decided it was time after the damage couldn't be ignored any longer. My hair is very long, pretty fried from using heat, and has a lot of tension breakage. I told her that I would like to keep as much of the length as I can, but that I know she would have to cut a lot to get the dead ends off. She ended up giving me long layers, the shortest of which had about 8 inches cut off the bottom. I think it looks much much better now! She did a great job.

I am in love with my haircut, Patricia did an extraordinary job. Normally, when I try out new hair salons, the hair stylists does the opposite of what I ask or she does it very choppy. However, that was not the case at all here! She went above and beyond my expectations and was able to fix what the previous hair stylist at another salon did to my hair. Will definitely be coming back!

Passed through Soquel on a journey and needed a haircut urgently. Tried my luck and called Bloom Studio for an appointment. The Ladies there were so kind to have me one hour later even though it was Valentine's Day noon.

I moved to Santa Cruz about 2 years ago after living abroad and was so very lucky to stumble upon this gem! Patricia the owner does an exceptional job! She listens to what you want and executes to perfection. I've been her loyal client for the past 2 years and not once had a bad experience. I couldn't recommend her more.

The lady who owns this salon messed up the color on my hair and I told her I was allergic to hair dye and not to get it on my scalp at all but she did and I had to go to the hospital.

The lady who owns this salon messed up the blonde color in my hair and I told her not to get any dye on my skin because I am allergic. Well she messed up on that too and I had to go to the hospital. Plus she over charged me. She can cut but cannot color.
