Shaneco installed all of the glass in our home. Including several wall mirrors and shower glass. We were very pleased. Efficient. Reliable. Glass still looks great.

We just had Shaneco Glass install two , 4 foot shower doors and a mirror for us in Aptos. I had called several places for quotes. I found Shaneco to be very responsive, competitive, helpful with suggestions and was thrilled with the quality of the work. I would use them again.

If your website and the sign on your front door all say you are open until 4:00pm, then stay open until 4PM. One of your installers whom I spoke with in your parking area said, "Oh yeah, _______ probably left early. Come back tomorrow between 9 and 2." No, I don't think so.

Shane and Ali are awesome to work with. I've had them make a custom L-shaped glass desk topper, two nightstand glass toppers and I just purchased a custom glass topper for my home office printer. I know, seems odd (why a glass topper for a printer?!?). Kitty needs a smooth surface for the new printer (old one didn't need glass). Shane and Ali are super easy to communicate with whether via email or phone and they have the best prices.

Horrible experience working with these guys. Disclamer: they might do ok work....So it was going to take 2 weeks to get my shower measured and 6 weeks until install. Ok doable.So 2 weeks comes and goes....I call them...something about how they lost my number (even tho I was doing repeat business) so I got on the schedule...was now 3 weeks until measure day....3 weeks later an hour before measure day they call to cancel and say they can't take on more work right now. Really an hour before. I needed a 2 wall 32x60 enclosure.Really sad a local company has no integrity or car for customers time or willingness to do business with them.There are many other great options in the area. I wouldn't recommend Shaneco.

Shane put this glass in for me. Not the most complicated situation but he is THE MAN when it comes to glass. I have known him for a long time and he is a great guy. Super glad to recommend him.

Shane and Ali are great at running their business. Ali is prompt responding to customer needs, thorough in offering options, and responsive in an emergency situation. Shane and his crew are professional in their demeanor and perform quality craftsmanship. My replaced shower door is installed better than it was originally. I've used them for construction projects as well as for emergency replacements of accidents and they always come through. I'd never go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Local company so I wanted to do biz with them. Alas they evidently didn't want to reciprocate. They never delivered the product I ordered, though I checked in twice. I had to scramble at the 11TH hour to find an alternative so I could deliver my product when I promised. Additionally, no one there wears a mask in the time of C-19. Buggers all over glass surfaces that are not disinfected.

I needed two window panes replaced and contacted a few of Shane Co.'s competitors in town. The quotes that I received felt very expensive to me for what I was asking. It was explained how extensive the labor was and that's why it was so expensive. Two people would be required for four hours to do the job.So I pursued other options and contacted ShaneCo. I received a quote I felt was reasonable and easy to understand the pricing. I went with ShaneCo. The job was completed within a few days and his team was in and out of my house in about 40 minutes. Not the several hours with two people required that seemed necessary from the other two quotes.I felt the service was top-notch the team doing the work was professional and I couldn't be more pleased with their follow upI would highly recommend ShaneCo.

Horribly run business! I had an appointment for a January 16 home visit for for estimates on two shower doors and measurement for glass tops for two tables. No one arrived, and when I called they said the appointment was for the following Thursday, not the 16th. This is false: I was simply told "Thursday" when I called on the 13th. But I rescheduled for the same time-slot a week later, on the 23rd, and again no one arrived and no one called to explain. Maybe they have too much going on to be bothered with site visits?

Shane came out and measured for our new shower door. Got a (reasonable) quote back to us ASAP. Really friendly, professional service- from measuring to install we couldn't be happier! So nice to deal with, very clean install and we wish we had called sooner! Thanks so much!!!

Contacted Shane on yelp and was very happy with the shower door adjustment they did today. Perfectly aligned gapping from top to bottom and they even replaced the bottom stripping. Thanks again and I'll recommend and use for future and larger jobs. Thanks
