Santa Cruz Lending Group! What an amazing experience. I’ve been in real estate for 18 years and absolutely have I had to save some deals and this time was one of them.Working with the county of Santa Cruz and buying a home is not easy. The affordable housing programs are great for low income but if you don’t have a lender that understands these programs, you could be heading into uncharted waters.Best lender for any kind of purchase or refinance but especially if you’re buying a Measure J or Measure O, you NEED to use Andrea. 99.9% of the headache will be gone by using her beyond professional services. I have never seen a lender act so fast and get this closed in record time!Andrea Schenk is wonderful to work with. Great communication and such a seasoned lender. You’d be lucky to close a home with this talented lady!

As a first time home buyer I had many questions about the process. Tai took the time to explain the details and answer all my questions. He and his team were exceptionally responsive to any form of communication so I was never left waiting. Tai worked quickly to overcome unexpected changes at the last minute and turned around our loan in extremely short order. I would absolutely recommend this group to anyone in the market.

Very detailed, he is available to any questions you have and he will make sure that you understand fully. He will make the progress go as easy as possible. Personally I highly recommend him. Responsive, proactive, problem-solver and a pleasure to work with. Jessie was awesome from start to finish.
