Called to ask about a mobile home loan, they told me they couldn't do anything for 30 days, told me I had to call back in 3 weeks or more and that this was the same for all other branches and online. I'm not sure why this is but the person on the phone didn't even want to set up an appointment for 30 days from now or nor did they want to tell me about their loans or transfer me to someone who works in that department. I've herd bad things about this credit union but this defiantly makes me not want anything to do with it.
