Over the past 11 or so years, I have obtained two home loans through Pacific Inland and refinanced three times. I was referred to them by a family member who has used them often, and even though I live out of the area, I always come back to Pacific Inland. Jim and his wonderful team make home loans and refinancing easy. They let me know what documents they need and take care of the rest, which they do impressively quickly. I never have to worry that someone there forgot about my loan, or even worry that I will forget- they provide me with friendly reminders to make sure I provide and sign the needed materials. They also offer the best interest rates I've seen. Just recently, a notary who witnessed our signing of the closing documents for a refinance commented on what a great interest rate we got. I really appreciated Jim's expertise when I recently bought a home under some slightly unusual terms, and he was able to advise me on getting a loan and complete it quickly with his team. You can tell that Jim is extremely knowledgeable in his field and even passionate about it. Jim and his team are true professionals- I highly recommend them!
