Very fast turnaround, great print quality- they even mitered back the edge of my foamcore signs for a cleaner look. And when a miscommunication required a reprint, they were like "We'll get it done for you, don't worry." And they did! It's so nice to find a reliable mom-&pop shop like Business With Pleasure!”

The first time I went there years ago there was nothing they could do to save my laptop but they managed get the important files off of it and only charged me for that instead of charging me for the attempted fix as well. Every time I've gone there they could have raked me over the coals when it came to payment but they're always fair. They understand that if you give great service at a reasonable price you'll earn customer loyalty.”

Walked in and was blown away by the customer service, how quick I was in and out, and kindness. They even gave my toddler a free gift. Hoping more people know about this place to keep supporting local small businesses. Plus very tidy inside store, easy parking.”

The manager is available and very helpful, either she handles issues herself or leads me to to someone who can. This store is unusual, I'm not used to this type of efficiency in the Bay Area.”
