Got a car from them. Was not told that the first lease didn’t go through or the second lease then had someone show up to my house multiple times in a row threatening to call the police didn’t identify himself and blocked me from pulling into my own driveway. And entered a locked gated community! Had to hire a lawyer and still am dealing with repo company harassing me and not receiving any phone calls back. The gentleman Chris that works here has been the only decent human I’ve dealt with. So unless you have him work with you I definitely do not recommend buying a car from here.

This is the oldest and a peaceful spot . Goes well with the name and you can get the car the same day within hours. No wait time . And usually they have all the trims and colors. My sales person was Dorota . She is excellent and she makes sure you are happy and get the deal done. Oceanside honda is one of a kind along the rail tracks. And focus on you when you are up there. I see Honda is best version and with unique model for 2024 and especially hybrid
I got Honda accord touring and Dorota made it work for me and she has that 20 years for experience. Their manager Joel is professional and great in listening and can work with you for package deal and may have something complimentary based on what you get and the deals they have

Incredibly unprofessional and lacking integrity. To compare them to snakes would be an insult to snakes. Have the Better Business Bureau on speed dial w these unscrupulous people.

When I bought a car from them they were super kind, but when I needed to resolve an insurance cancellation issue that I took out with them, no one resolved it. They didn't even give me the email from the finance company. Even though I ask for a lot. I do not recommend. terrible after sales

Now that I have both purchased my vehicle from Ocean Honda AND experienced its first regularly scheduled maintenance visit, I can definitively give it 5-stars. Aidan was our sales person and throughout the process, we really felt like we were interacting with a human at every step, instead of an "actor" like I have felt from other sales people. He was fantastic and fully committed to accomplishing everyone's goals. So thankful for him.
And then months later, when I arrived (and I admit, I was over 10 min late) to my first service appointment, Steve came right over, and was super kind and informative. And then Flip who managed my service was also the MOST effective service manager that I have ever encountered: clear communication, efficiency, and kindness. So refreshing!

Jakob was very informative and did everything he could in his power to help me get into the car I wanted . He broke down the statistics of financing and what would be my best option. Definitely a must stop place if looking to purchase a car locally.

The manager Chris and associate Jakob invited me for a civic type R sale and told me it will be ready for test drive and they’ll provide me the best deal ever. After driving about 1.5 hrs from my home to santa cruz Upon arrival i was told that they don’t have the vehicle at their dealership and they will do a door delivery once they have it. Basically they not only didn't care about wasting my time they also tried to pre-sell a vehicle which hadn't even arrived at their dealership.
I should have read reviews of this dealership first specially Dominic Gada who faced similar experience. Im glad i didn’t waste much of my time at this dealership negotiating.

I was road tripping from washington state to santa cruz. During my trip my civic type r began having issues building boost. They were able to diagnose and fix it. Im really greatful for the assistance. They also paid for my lyft ride back to my hotel where I was staying.

This place puts up false prices online and when you show up to the dealership it's a lot higher than what they advertised. The manager at the dealership was not nice or professional in any way. I'm never coming back here. Worse dealership I've ever been to.
