My wife and I just bought our first home, and we highly recommend working with both Forrest and Crissy! Our realtor referred us to Forrest, and he was very helpful from the beginning. He answered our many questions about the home buying process and helped us figure out what our target price range would be. We quickly went from pre-qualification to pre-approval once we wanted to make our first offer, and he talked us through the options for our loan, ensuring we understood the pros and cons of each and ultimately chose the rate that would best suit our needs. He also provided a cost comparison with other homes we'd been looking at in the area. Once we were in contract, Crissy jumped in to help keep everything moving and was super communicative throughout the entire escrow process. There was even a technical hiccup at one point, and Crissy went the extra mile to help us troubleshoot after hours! We feel good knowing we can go to them for any questions about our loan moving forward. Great team!

Forest made it very easy for us as he has in the past. This time it was to refinance our home. He found us a great rate and also in the process gave us detailed outcomes for different scenarios. Forest has a deep understanding and knowledge of his field. He is also a Great guy. Forrest has helped me with three loans now. My last loan being the hardest. He worked late hours making sure we met every dead line. If it wasn’t for Forrest and Crissy working so hard on my loan I would not be on my dream home that I have now. I highly suggest Forrest.
