We recently visited Interior Vision to discuss carpet and vinyl flooring after several stops at the big box stores. Very good choice, we were met with much enthusiasm and many answers. Bobbie and Lisa did a great job offering the various options. We made our selections and walked out knowing we were in good hands. They came out 2 weeks later (we don't live in Capitola, so we had to schedule it out) and Johnny and Ed did a fantastic job installing. Everything was done exactly as planned, and very much on time. So grateful to all of the staff of Interior Vision, we will definitely refer you in the future.

Excellent from the moment we stepped into the store. We shared pictures of our old floor and living space and were advised use to take home a color sample we would not have otherwise. It was right !The installers were presented with a very challenging installation and it was handled perfectly and rapidly. Marnolium was the installed in two days with all appliances , baseboards and other trim replaced exactly as found. It's an absolute pleasure seeing experts with a vast collection of tools perform so efficiently !

Hello Santa Cruz Yelper's, this is the newest direction Yelp sees itself. Peeps Posting local service companies of this discipline. Our property management group approved new bathroom floors. After a couple of months (Budget, you! Know!), the appointment was set. We, as leaseholders, got the rooms emptied, cleaned, and ready for who knows who to show up. Thus begins the story; Bob (sub-contractor) shows up, checks out the work, and says he can do this job in one day! Yah! Not two days as communicated (in case a deeper repair was required), so off to work Bob went. The pictures speak a thousand words!! Thank you all who contributed to Bob and his mastery.

This is a GREAT company! 5 Star experience from beginning to end for our 2 story, multi-surface flooring replacement project. It started with the walk-through and very competitive estimate from Layne, who was knowledgable, friendly, and didn't try to up-sell us on any materials. He even helped us mid-project take care of a plumbing issue at no charge! Then we worked with the project manager Bobbie who was professional and super friendly with great communication throughout the 11 day project. Best of all was the install team of Jay and ESPECIALLY Scott, who is a craftsman and did a fantastic, detailed job with the demo, construction, installation, and finishing work. Thank you Interior Vision for our fantastic new floor!!

These guys went above and beyond. Some of the flooring came broken in the box, I think they' were broken in shipping. They were able to supply enough boxes to finish the floor. Good responsive service throughout.
