“This little place is a diamond in the rough of Santa Cruz gyms. It is clean, safe, friendly, never crowded and well-stocked with equipment. The Owner and Manager are outgoing and friendly and place a great deal of importance on customer satisfactio0n, where many of the local gyms couldn't care less. I am a 74 year-old woman, and this is the first gym I have not felt invisible in. The fees are reasonable, in my mind, for that one reason!”

“This is a really great box! Coach Daniel has an electric energy and pays attention to every member in the class. Programming is a lot of fun! Members are all very friendly and welcoming. Box is not huge but well equiped and clean. Heads up: there is no shower.”
