never calls back!! i believe first impressions are a true reflection of what you can expect from their service overall. i'm getting my Rx changed to another supplier

Lee Lehman has over 20 years experience as a respiratory therapist and it shows. He is a real expert on CPAP machines and takes the time to get the fit right. I had to change masks after a few days - the old one made too much leaking air noise - and Lee gave me a next-day appointment.
