My package has not been delivered it just says that my address is incorrect I have 6 days looking for my shipment my family member is supposed to pay for an express that would reach me 24 hours after the ISO the shipment I still don't know if I can grab my package it gives me anger and helplessness since I called and they told me that they were going to redirect it and it didn't even appear

I paid extra for a health care package to be delivered , priority 1 day delivery , and when the package was picked up from a SC downtown location , at a reasonable hr, the driver took it to the soquel warehouse, where apparently , according to the customer service rep that power was out and could not be delivered as scheduled, so will arrive the following next day , that is two Days from what I paid for, I've been tracking it , and it's now sitting in the Oakland location since 12 noon , it's only going to S F, and it's not moving . I asked about a refund , he stated that once the pkg arrives, then they can address it, looks like it will be delivered by tomorrow, between 7:30-11, two days from priority shipping .I will never use FED EX AGAIN! I could have driven it up to Sf myself being that it's clear skies today, there is no excuse , roads are open traffic is moving, and they can't get it to the recipient just across the bay?

Absolutely abysmal service. From the very start, the employee at the desk was defensive and highly condescending. We had gone to find a package that could not be delivered to our residence an hour away. After informing her of our situation and showing her the tracking history, she snidely remarked that it had been a month since the package was held, and belittled us for not knowing we only had five days to retrieve the package at this location earlier this month. She was not helpful in the slightest, only giving us vague answers and becoming increasingly more condescending the more we pressed for actual elaboration and assistance.Avoid this FedEX location as best you can. Their customer service is nonexistent, and I sincerely hope this employee is moved to a different department where she does not have to deal with customers. She is clearly not equipped to do so.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! If the driver can't make the delivery, they should be honest and say so. This has happened to me before...a text or email saying that they "MADE AN ATTEMPT". no....they didn't. Wasted time all day at home waiting for the delivery. Not one Fedex truck passed my house. PLEASE DON'T LIE DRIVERS, I would have. more respect for you if you were to just say you are too busy with other packages! My delivery did not even require a signature! You could have just left it by my door, so why did your text day no one was home and you will make a final attempt tomorrow? Or what?? I've been waiting for you for a week! Really? NEVER USING FEDEX AGAIN.

I find FedEx to be the WORST delivery service company. Our packages never arrive onetime, they are always several days or weeks late. And, when a delivery driver has a package to deliver, he sometimes does not even stop at my business address to see if anybody is there. He just assumes that there's nobody there and they keep driving and reports that my business was closed when in fact, it was open, I was there when I saw them drive by and not stopping. Also, delivery drivers never bother to leave a note on our door to let us know that a delivery attempt was made, they just keep driving without making a stop. How else are we supposed to know that delivery was attempted so we could, at least, go to the ship center and pick it up in person? From now on, I'm going to demand my suppliers that they use another delivery service company or I won't. do business with them. If you care about your packages use another company.
