Brett is a wealth of knowledge in all things mortgage! He went above and beyond to find us the absolute best rate and lender. In a constantly changing financial market it was extremely helpful to have someone versed in the process, and he did a great job educating us along the way. Third times a charm! This refi was unqiue as we did cash out to do some much needed home repairs. Brett moved fast as usual and we looked at all the options and made things happen within a very short time frame. Signing process and appraisal were easy and seamless. This easy refi took a lot of pressure off of us to focus on getting bids for the house work we need to have done to keep our home investment working properly for generations to come. Working with Brett to secure or refinance a loan is an absolute pleasure. He is competent, responsive, and professional. We've now done three refi's with him over the past decade, taking advantage of increasingly attractive interest rates. Brett did an outstanding job on our refi. He's responsive, which is very important for a mortgage broker. We also got a great rate, and Brett took the time to explain how he priced our loan and what our options were. Once we applied, Brett got everything done in a timely manner, and even got the lender to waive the appraisal. I've done many, many refi's and this one was the easiest by far.

Brett just helped us secure the loan for our recent house purchase in Santa Cruz. He did a great job all along the way. He was always very prompt with his responses and getting us info, and always called to follow up after sending any important documents via e-mail. He made it very clear all the way along what we needed to turn in/sign and when. Nothing felt unexpected. He got us what I feel is a very reasonable rate and helped explain the different options in a way that made it easy to understand and weigh the choices. I particularly appreciate that he was patient with us, as we began our search about 4 months before finding a place and dropped off the face of the earth a couple times in that period and he stuck with us!
