Stopped in to Bay Photo yesterday with a very rare photo and wasn't sure what they could do. Felt really good when Jacob, the customer service rep, helped me. He was Excellent, answered my questions even ones that didn't make sense. Very kind, made me feel special like he was really listening. Gave me excellent advice and reassured me everything would be done in-house. I left knowing my rare photo was in excellent hands. I'll be going there more often knowing what great service I got!

I was really impressed with the service here. I mostly dealt with Lo. But everyone seemed smart and helpful.I had an urgent project that needed to be done before I left town. Lo gave me great advice on what they could do quickly, and how I could help speed it along. They got it done ahead of schedule and did a very high quality job. They were even careful about labeling the photos to distinguish between nearly identical ones used in a stereogram.I'll certainly go here first for anything I need to do with photos.

I made an online pick up since it was close to home. Shipping is $6.99. I recieved a phone call to notify me that my prints were ready. It was printed sooner than expected.

i get Christmas ornaments made at the Park Ave/Soquel store every year and prints of all sizes (small to very large). They are SUPER HELPFUL there and go out of their way to help you if you have a problem. I was surprised they spent so much time with me on several occasions. Great shop.
