“My latest visit was disappointing, not because of anyone at the store, but due to the online tech repair appointment person. After setting up an in-store appointment, I was told on arrival that only things with an existing warranty of some kind could be worked on. My 6 year old TV in the back of my car did not qualify.Too bad the appointment person didn't tell me this beforehand, as I drove in a long way from the mountains for nothing.I'll keep my prior 4-star rating as it was not the local store's fault. I called the local number but I guess the call was routed to somewhere else in the world.”

“Nice store and very large. Found customer service a little lacking but otherwise prices were very competitive and the items i bought all worked out. Massive Stores with everything and anything you could ever imagine needing . I still gave 5 out of 5 stars because every employee is different. At this time yes customer service was a little laking but later went back and had great customer service.”

“This is about the Soquel Home Depot. I was looking for a Milwaukee drill that was on sale. The internet was showing three in stock at that price.The problem was that Home Depot has all this inventor spread out in multiple locations so you cannot find anything. Two home depot representatives spent at least 30-45 minutes trying to help me find one of those drills. Sure enough they did and were successful. This is a five star review, thanks to those that helped me. As for the store, management needs to do better in indicating where store inventory is located. Add RFID tags if needed to pinpoint the location within the store so customers/employees don't have to waste 45 minutes looking.”

“I think Home Depot has a lot of of really good items for a great price. The online store is where to go to find anything you found somewhere else but usually at a lower price. I saw beautiful custom tile for my showers online in a boutique store from New York City. To my surprise the exact same tile I found on line at Home Depot for 15% less. I received it via home delivery within a week.”

“I go here a bunch but today I was there and I saw a empty fridge box that would be an awesome fort for my 5 year old. I was buying some other things and asked Michelle if I could have the box. She went the extra mile and held my baby girl while I checked out and helped me put it in my van. It's the small things that matter in life and being kind and stoking out a child she never meet meant a lot. Mahalo Michelle”
