Jim Black and his team made buying a home for the firs time as smooth as one could hope for. They helped me every step of the way. With how stressful (for me anyway) a commitment this large was, it was nice having a team I could reach out to any time. Additionally, it took me FOUR years to fine something that worked for me. Jim’s team was helpful and patient the whole time. As a firs timer I don’t have experience to say who’s better or worse, but if/when I need to go through the process again it will be with Jim and his team.

Jim and his team were amazing and patient. There was not lot of time for use to get a home loan and this team went above and beyond to make sure we got our dream house. They were able to answer all of the question or concerns I had about a home loan and Jim took the time to explain the breakdown and what I should expect.
