I love it if I run low on groceries they have a service for the remind you if you'd like to purchase these items again or if your milk was Sour they'll remind you and they do delivery to your house to have handicap parking in handicap bathrooms this is a very very well-established nice place

So get your popcorn because this one's a doozy. Went grocery shopping like I normally do, bought around 400$ in groceries only to find out that we had forgotten some at the cashier. We call an say that we were missing groceries an might have left some, we were told to bring our receipt an that our names had been taken down so we could get our groceries on our next visit. So a week goes by until we are able to make it back by there an when we finally do they couldn't find our names in the book, fist they said maybe it was the wrong receipt. Then after proving it was with the date an time on receipt an my bank account they finally say they will get an manager. Cheyenne the manager did as little as humanly possible help me on top of Walking away without resolving the situation. We ended up being helped by just two normal cashier's who had the absolute best customer service, literally walked with us to find everything we were missing an held hilarious conversations while doing it. Tammy an Kayla you two deserve raises/promotions immediately Cheyenne an the other manger which can't remember her name y'all need to work on your customer service an take a note or two from Tammy an Kayla...

It's a sizeable Walmart (probably the biggest building in this town/city). There is a bus stop 50 feet from the entrance which helps those without cars. As expected, not many registers open but they have a LOT of self check registers open which keeps people moving (they are well staffed and usually have 2-3 attendants for self check). Door greeter is always there checking receipts. Returns area doesn't open until 10am (as of 2 weeks prior to writing this). They are relatively strict about no-receipt returns (which I know is a policy they recently overhauled as a company).

We drove past police cars and figured it was at Walmart and we went to Walmart and the kayaks outside we’re on fire….. it’s always eventful every time we go not in a good way employees look like they hate the world in the place that they work at because I don’t blame them NEVER GO THERE!!!!!! The fact that they have to have special security guards walking around in the parking lot!!!!

I absolutely love our Sonora Walmart! I always find help when needed and employees are always friendly and eager to help me when I ask, sometimes sections are low on product but employees have always been very explanatory or eager to look for items
