The USPS regularly says I am not acccessable, yet everyone else delivers, I am home and everything is accessable. If you call their voice system, you will see they do not want to know or allow for correction. We would be better off is nobady used USPS, then we could trust our package would be delivered. Please businesses on Amazon, stop using USPS.

I drop packages off every day at the post office desk. The staff there are always polite and hard working. I worked as a post office worker many years ago and found it was literally the hardest job I ever did. So before you criticize them you should first appreciate their dedication and thank them.

The employees are extremely rude and unhelpful. "Bob"(robert) is the worst of them. Tried to talk over me when I was explaining my problem. Very rarely do I receive my mail and packages on time, and then they are damaged by careless handling and even left out in the rain because the driver refuses to go down my driveway (it is paved and easily accessible). I understand being short staffed. I understand that equipment breaks. I understand that we have adverse weather at times. None of those things excuse the treatment of my property or my person. Worse experience I've ever had at a post office in all my life.

The ladies that work at the Sonora post office are great and so kind. The men that work there, I will not name names but they are so rude and do not care about their customers needs. If you do not like your job then still please be kind to your customers. We are not any less than you.

My packages rarely get delivered on time, or at all. The phone never gets answered, only once in a blue moon. Staff are rude and poorly trained in their duties. I've been lied to, many times. If I had to recommend them, I'd state the obvious," Go with FedEx instead. They won't keep your mail hostage." Only good thing was our delivery driver today. Professional. Too bad he's not our regular.

I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with Sonora USPS ever since they assigned a new mail lady to my route. It's been a never-ending series of problems that have left me beyond exasperated. Where do I even begin? At first, she would drive up my hundred-foot driveway, take the package, and toss it out of her window onto the driveway. This happened numerous times, resulting in numerous broken items. I complained about her behavior and even showed them a video from my surveillance system as evidence. Their response? A promise to talk to her.But that promise didn't lead to any change. Instead, she started leaving my packages at the bottom of my driveway, near the mailboxes on a busy street. I've attached photos of this absurdity to this review. I made multiple trips to the post office to complain, and their response? You guessed it—another promise to talk to her.And then things got even worse. She stopped delivering packages to my house altogether. For the past six months, she's marked packages as undeliverable, claiming she can't navigate my driveway, even though she had done it perfectly before. I even saw her reversing out of my neighbor's driveway, adding to the absurdity of her excuses.I reached my limit when I confronted her about this situation. Her response was a mix of yelling, cussing, and even a dangerous attempt to intimidate me by acting as if she would run into me with the mail truck. I had to call the police, file a report, and complain to the post office once again. Their response? Yes, you guessed it—one more promise to "talk to her."To make matters worse, some of my packages left near the mailboxes were stolen, including an $800 camera lens. This entire experience has left me utterly frustrated, especially since the post office's management seems to be completely ineffective.I've escalated my concerns to corporate, but sadly, it seems that even they can't motivate any meaningful change. It's disheartening that after all this time and numerous complaints, nothing has improved. This mail carrier continues to wreak havoc, packages remain undelivered, and the post office's management remains a joke.I can only hope that someone important within the company reads this review and takes action. This situation has stretched my patience to its limits, and I genuinely hope that someone can intervene before this postal nightmare persists any longer.

I needed a notary and a couple of stamps. They do not do notary here, but I was able to buy stamps. The lady was super helpful and directed me to pak n copy for notary. It turns out pak n copy print, notarize, sell stamps, single envelopes and mail out documents.

If your order is shipped via usps and it ends up here, just cancel the order man it's not worth it. I get staffing and not having the proper equipment is an issue so I'm not really blaming the workers per say, but like wow is this an absolutely useless location. Packages have been delayed for days on end even when I pay for expedited shipping. I've legitimately had to pick up my package 3 days late in person in order to get it in "time." All parcels are at location they just won't deliver it. Boo boo tomato tomato
