Reported to Better Businesses Bureau. Way out of bounds on price. Absolutely terrible rip off . Stay away from this place.

Very fast and efficient. Walked in, waited for less than 2 minutes for customers in front of me and got my package shipped. Can't ask for better service.

Started PO Box service on the 17th. They have lost all mail intended to be received by usps for almost a full month in 4 days. This location is not easily accessible for the mail trucks, and does not provide after or before hour Mail Drop or pickup for usps. I am one of probably 20 people with a box here suffering the same issue. Lost debit cards, checks, and banking invoices in the mail, and they have no way to recover it.

Haylee is an absolute gem. She is thorough, bright, articulate and follows direction like no other! Trying to do business over the phone and get important tax documents executed and faxed would appear preposterous when you are over a thousand miles away. Not with this gal! She made it seem effortless. Did I mention how detailed and meticulous she was? Whoever the franchisee is for store #4132, consider yourself a very lucky owner to have someone of this caliber being part of your team! Thank you again, Haylee...you deserve a raise!

This location made me question if I will ever use UPS again. I left work early to get some sensitive culture samples sent overnight, got there ten minutes until 6 (the soonest I could get there) and everything in the store was already locked up and the overnight driver had already left at 5:45. Not only did I waste a ton of gas to get there, but all the samples I needed to get tested are now ruined and I'm going to have to resample everything. According to Google and the UPS website, this location is open until 6:00. I get wanting to close a little early or leave early to get a jumpstart on your drive, but you can't do that when people rely on your business to do their business.
