My entire experience was above and beyond, from start to finish. Not only do they have the most beautiful inventory, they will custom make your dreams come true. Mike is an excellent professional, personable and does excellent work. We had a ring made using one of our stones, turned out perfect! But somehow my daughter broke the stone still in the setting. Mike had no problem setting in a new stone and performed the service for free.
He is a real gentleman and is the best in customer service. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well. ?

Taylor Jewelers has been our family favorite for over 30 years! Mike and his staff are friendly and professional. Mike does beautiful custom work. I absolutely love the Diamond necklace and earrings my husband gave me from Taylor’s as well as my custom ring. If you want the best go to Taylor Jewelers!

Closed during the times they claim to be open and continuously missed timelines. Maybe they are jewelers geniuses who can afford to be so unreliable, but it does not make for a smooth business relationship.

My husband and I have known "Big" Mike for years and decided to have him make my husband's wedding ring, inlaying a beautiful piece of Russian black quartz (with gold running through) that my husband had - into a white gold ring that Mike designed for it. The ring turned out beautiful. We also had him place one of my grandmother's diamonds from her engagement ring (originally belonging to my great grandmother) to mount in a beautiful setting we put together, later flanking the engagement ring with two wedding bands...it just looked right that way. We have purchased several additional pieces (here). My husband and I didn't really get to know each other since junior high and high school, but finally struck up a conversation at our 30th class reunion, and a friend invited him (very last minute) to breakfast the following morning. Five years later - to the date (Oct 1) - we were married. Having found Mr. Right so late in life, we decided to redo his ring, in which the black quartz was wearing down) on this, our 5th wedding anniversary - something couples who have been together longer may wait until their 25th to do. It is going to be beautiful. Mike is using the same ring he made and replacing the black quarts with an emerald cut diamond in the middle, flanked by two blue sapphires. Can't wait to see it!. We also decided to redo a ring beautiful garnet ring I had already purchased from Taylor Jewelers - which wear every day and have scratched the garnet stone (on). We're replacing the garnet with a beautiful natural yellow diamond. This will be even more beautiful - and durable for daily wear. We cannot say enough about the quality of service at Taylor Jewelers, and HIGHLY recommend "Big" Mike, "Little" Mike, and staff. Dave & Jenn G

Terrible experience here. Took my wedding ring in about a year ago to get resized, got it back a week later, no problems. Had to get it resized again last month due to no longer being bloated and pregnant. Got my ring back about a week later and it was missing 2 diamonds. Called them, they said okay bring it back in and we will fix it. Took it back on Wednesday and came back the following Tuesday. He pulls my ring out of an envelope and the diamonds were still missing - ??

My 92 year old Mom needed her wedding ring made smaller so we went to Taylor's. The first Saturday we tried to go there they were closed, I guess for a 3 day weekend. The next Saturday we found out they close at 2 on Saturdays. We finally got there on the 3rd Saturday and the woman said to pick it up the next Saturday. So, we went and had to park far from the store - my Mom uses a walker and no handicapped spaces or any others near the store. We got to the jewelry store and sign says they are closed today. We were told to pick up the ring on that day - why didn't they call to say they'd be closed? It's just sad when it's hard for you to get around and you go when told to, and they're closed. I know they're a small business. I will never know if they will really be open or not in the future if I go there again.
