Called to asked a question about a pressure plate on my truck and then said they only work on trucks not cars .didn’t know only cars had pressure plates??

Really stand up shop . My tow truck was havin issues went into derate because of a clogged def filter . I called the shop asked if he could help he said he was busy and couldnt gurantee it could be fixed today but lucky enough it was simple fix and i was on my way thanks guys it was much appreciated got the job done and made it back home to my son tonight thanks to you guys .
