Very helpful and accommodating staff and beautiful jewelry! I was on a scavenger hunt last weekend and I needed to take pictures of 3 elements. I went into the store and asked if I could take pictures of their jewelry and told them what I was specifically looking for. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and pointed out each of the 3 elements I was looking for; gold, diamond, and platinum (and silver as an extra one). All the jewelry was beautiful, especially the platinum ring they showed me. Thank you so much to the staff for being so courteous!

I brought in my wedding ring & they honestly appraised it as non-repairable. I found a beautiful replacement ring! They are a very low-pressure local jeweler. Grateful they are in town. They sized my ring for me onsite. :)

Was very pleased with our experience at Sonora Jewelry! I had my custom-made engagement ring resized to perfection and my mother had a favorite earring turned into a fabulous little pendant. Louis was so helpful with a great attitude and left us feeling confident in his expertise and excellent service. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely return for any other needs! My husband and I went there to finally look at wedding rings after getting married during the pandemic and not being able to. The lady at the counter helped us by explaining the different types of rings, and brought out her collection which was very beautiful.In the end we purchased a beautiful set for me and a matching ring to my set for him. It was affordable and she even sized it for no extra charge and sent it to me! (We lived two and a half hours away so that was very convenient!) the sizing didn’t take long at all and I had my band in a few days time! Very happy with it! I was super excited to show my friends and family!The shop was cute, and the area was amazing, and it was a great day! I definitely recommend this shop to anyone! She has rings for every occasion!

My Fiancé decided it was time to tie the knot so we decided to look around Sonora's jewelry shops and see what rings were out there. When we walked into Sonora jewelry I knew right away this place was the store we needed. Natalie immediately greeted us and showed us all of the beautiful rings they had. We finally decided on a certain design and Natalie custom made us that design. And let me tell you it turned out absolutely beautiful I could have not asked for anything more beautiful. These people were wonderful to do business with and I would highly recommend them to anyone! We will be back for more in the future!

The customer service that Sonora Jewely provides is of the highest caliber I have ever experienced. For note, I need to be careful what I say here in case a specific individual sees the review so I apologize in advance lol. A surprise is coming in the near forture for her! I called them a year after window shopping for said product and they still had my quote in the system! Since I don't live here, they worked diligently to ensure the product I was purchasing was ready because I'm moving to alaska and driving through to pick it up. Here comes the real reason why they are so perfect and awesome in nature. I failed to call to follow-up if they would be open the day after Christmas. I got caught up traveling. Well they were closed. Devastated, I sent an email/Facebook Message begging if there was anything they could do to get me said purchased product. They somehow received my message and Rod and Natalie both came in to give me the product even though they were closed. That was by far the most humbling moment I have ever had with a store and this proves why Small Business Owners are more important than large corporations. They care about YOU the customer. Everyone in Sonora should shop there. 5 stars across the board. Don't be shy. They love making people's dreams come true!

I absolutely adore this jewelry store and the awesome people who run it!!! Natalie remembered us from two years ago and I remembered the custom ring they were working on and my husband brought me here to have them make me my very own custom ring for our 30th Wedding Anniversary present after losing the diamond is my other ring! I'm so excited and can't wait to see my completed ring!!!

I managed to warp and bend my platinum engagement ring. I drove from Murphys to Sonora after reading Yelp reviews of Sonora Jewelry, by passing Arnold and Angel's Camp jewelry stores. Not only did they make my ring perfect again; but, it was done right while I waited and I was not charged anything. I'll be going back to this place for all my future jewelry purchases and repairs.

With my 15th wedding anniversary approaching, I reached out to Sonora Jewelry about designing me a custom piece to match my very unique engagement ring. Natalie walked me through my options with doing that while also discussing my budget. Through our discussion, Natalie realized that she had something almost exactly like what I was asking for. Turns out it was a perfect match. I went in to see it and Rod and Natalie continued to be amazing with walking me through the process for resizing my engagement ring and possibly soldering the two together. They took their time to explain things to me, and we able to resize my engagement ring without any issue. Louis called me twice to follow up on the status of the rings and it was ready to be picked up within a week. I am so thankful to all three of them for their time and flexibility. They know their stuff and love their customers. Thanks Rod, Natalie, and Louis!

My Boyfriend went in to look at rings for my Birthday/Valentines day gift and he found a true gem in this wonderful shop! The owners are amazing , knowledgeable and fair! My ring is gorgeous and I could not be happier! When we left there I felt like we had made some new friends! And lets not forget to mention George, their fur baby!
