Service adviser Ryan Sheehey and the technician did an excellent job. He recommended that the fuel system and engine crankcase be cleaned; I agreed. After a multi-point inspection, Ryan told me what our F-150 pick-up needed. He patiently listened to my questions and advised me what should be done at the next service.

I brought my Subaru OUTBACK for a windshield replacement by Prime Auto Glass. The Subaru service department did the recalibration. Subaru called me when the car was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the service department of Subaru my car was ready and it was running to cool the interior. I was completely satisfied with the service received from both Prime Auto Glass and Subaru.

I went to have them change my oil, do a service and diagnose why my audio quit working. I made an appointment for 7:30am on a Thursday. I dropped the car off at the scheduled time. At 3:30 that afternoon I hadn't heard anything so I called. No answer. At 4:30 I called again and this time talked with the service rep. He said they diagnostic machine was tied up all day so I had to leave the vehicle overnight. The next day they completed the diagnostic.
So here are my issues. First of all, since I picked up my vehicle, the dash warning has been coming on letting me know I need to change the oil soon, just like before. The tech didn't bother resetting the oil change tracking system. Pretty sloppy work as far as I'm concerned and it makes me wonder what else they forgot to do. Next up, if I have to make an appointment I don't think there is any excuse not getting a minor diagnostic test done with a whole day to make it happen.

Sonora Ford was not willing to replace the tires on our 2021 Bronco Sport. Apparently there is a 12000 mile replacement warranty. This car is 4000 miles over that. When it was last serviced by Sonora Ford near the 12000 mile mark their service technician marked the tires as "red", which indicates they need attention. They never offered that service or explained there was a limit to the warranty. I am very disappointed in the willingness to address this when they noticed it and suggested replacing the tires at that time.
