Are you kidding me?!! I paid on a storage unit for almost two years here. My ex was supposed to put my stuff in there, he did not. The storage ppl knew that and never told me. They even called to request my cc when it had expired but never said I was paying for an EMPTY unit until I called and said I needed the lock cut to gain access (an ex thing). Then they said "there's never been anything in there and we called you"....I've never received a call from them only for them to ask for my new cc info. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.Do you think they offered a discount? NO. Do you think they said "so sorry we should have made it more clear?" NO. Just too bad. They are THE WORST,
