I've been a member for 5 years and another member on my account . I attempted to cancel my membership for the both of us . I send another message 4 days later to inquire if first message was received and if I need to do anything? Still no response. 2 weeks later I receive an " I am sorry I've been busy the last couple weeks you will need to submit a 30 day notice to quit and will be charged for the upcoming month " I responded with I haven't been in 2 weeks and will not be going to the gym anymore why am I being charged for the upcoming month ? 2 days later " you will be charged for the upcoming month " . This is how you treat your customers? throughout Covid gym was locked we never ceased payment nor were offered any discount we were charged even if we were unable to use the gym . and you want to charge for 6 more weeks ??? I'm perplexed .... Is it worth it???? I guess so . Friends, Be careful when you sign up , it's hotel California " you can check out anytime you would like but you can never financially leave .

This gym is a great size with a wide variety of equipment to choose from! And they offer a fitness class too! Which I’m very excited about! Very nice owners, it was very easy to get a hold of them! Very reasonable price (cheaper than anywhere else I looked). Overall I really enjoy coming to this gym and being able workout whenever I want since it’s 24/7!Highly recommend!!

Open 24hrs, there's no staff to baby sit you but cameras so be mindful and respectful. Been going for years and ive paid my bill on time so there's never a issue. Give this gym a try love seeing the regulars but wouldn't mind seeing new faces? see you there

I read some of the other reviews, they are SO untrue, the owners are great, I have never had any billing issues, and I even left once and came right back, the facility is clean and all in constant working order, I love this gym, it's very spacious, there are cool people here, the atmosphere is always good vibes, they do classes to and I KNOW they are the least expensive in Sonora! Give them a try, you wont regret it!

Lots of space to work out, tall ceilings, clean facility, 24/7 awesome people here, owners are cool people, they really work with people. Recommended for sure! the equipment is all commercial equipment to and maintained, give this place a try you wont be disapointed, I have been here now for 4 years!

Had a friend traveling from out of town for business and started calling around to find a place that offered day passes. The owner dropped everything to meet me and set me up with a card for his 4 day visit. Super friendly and accommodating. Only place around that seems to recognize this is a tourist area.

Like someone said before the owner of this gym is just a money scammer. Trying to get ahold of her is nearly impossible, I have a better chance getting a hold of my father who I have’t seen in over 10 years then to get a hold of her. I tried canceling my membership and she did not respond for over 3 weeks and then when she did respond she said that I had to give her a 30 day notice, I didn’t know I was renting the gym to live in? Long story short she charged me after canceling but I called my bank and filed a claim, jokes on her I got my money back? *DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM**

DON’T SPEND MONEY HERE! I secured a membership and after trying to cancel it, the owner continued to charge my card. Very unprofessional and wouldn’t suggest anyone to come here sadly.

i do not reccomend here at all. i have been charged 95 for 2 memberships when i was suppose to be charged 90 for months on in i found out through my statements. the owner has not wrote me back on a cancellation in over 3 days. shes never there so you cant cancel in person. when i tryed to cancel over text since you will never get a hold of nicole any other way, ive been ignored and charged once again another 95 dollars. you will have to call youre bank and put stop payments for her to stop. if you want to be treated like dirt when it comes to business, go here. 0 stars.

How do you get ahold of the owner?!I have reached out the last couple days by text with no response along with trying to stop by. The voicemail box seems to be full often as well when I call. The reviews and review responses I have seen are unsettling, but I wanted to find out myself and give this place a chance. However, It looks like I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I was deadlifting and trying to be as gentle as I can and the staff came and literally stepped on the bar causing me to drop it quickly, I was lucky to not be injured. Poor wannabe gym and unprofessional staff
