This place sucks. Be sure to get insurance on your valuables! My unit was paid in full up until the Manager and I butted heads. I had just broke my femur and was recovering from surgery. I couldn’t find my key to my cheap lock so I had my friend cut off my lock so I could get back into the unit. The manager had a conniption fit and gave me two weeks to get my stuff out of the unit! Also she limited my hours of entry to only when she was in the office something like 9:00 am to 3:00pm. Otherwise I couldn’t access the gate. My husband had died of lung cancer and my home went to foreclosure. I had all his medical records, birth certificates , baby pictures…. Etc. irreplaceable things! Dolls that my mother crocheted dresses for. My only daughters baby clothes and pictures. It was heartbreaking that I wasn’t allowed to get my things out only when convenient for them. I never received any notices from them or a call. They probably threw all my vintage collectibles in the trash! Then new owners took over and they changed their Companies name.

I had a very good experience setting up a new rental of a storage locker. Khriss was so helpful in showing me around the facility and going through the paper work and explaining all the important terms. The facility is clean and feels very secure and safe. Thank you Khriss and Gina!
