As a business looking for answering service I contacted my local Telephone Company in Pioneer, after approximately one month of trying to set up answering service I had never dealt with this much incompetence in my life!!... one quick phone call to mother lode answering service and I was up and running in less than 1 hour!! Best move I ever made! they have been a dream to work with and instantly responsive to all my needs!! Highly recommended☆☆☆☆☆

Very kind operators! All of my customers give me positive feedback about Mother Lode Answering Service.I am a one-man business and I do about 4 to 5 service calls per day. MLAS answers all of my phone calls and even schedules the jobs for me. I’ve been using their services for approximately three years and I’m very happy!

I am the owner of Better Altitude Properties. I feel it is important for our clients to be able to reach a live person after hours or when we can not get to the call because we are helping other clients. I have been with Mother Lode Answering Service for quite some time now. I feed much compelled to leave a review for this company. My experience has been great. The operators really care about the calls that they handle for my company. They handle our emergency water damage calls and it is so important that they are handled with a courteous and very caring attitude. This is exactly what I have experienced. I have so many other tasks to manage in my company and to just feel confident that our calls are in good hands is a great relief for me.In times past, I have had other answering services. I have seen what can happen when another service doesn't perform as needed. This company overcharges you to use their archaic paperless system. The fact that they still call it a paperless system should be a hint to local businesses - read: Way behind the times. No caller ID available, most of the operators are either ill educated, if at all, or have a serious attitude, even if they know you are affiliated with the business you're calling. You'll be lucky if you get an accurately transcribed and complete message. LONG hold times - talking several minutes on more than one occasion. Overcharge for the services they offer. Shop around before you go local on this one. Or better yet, get an advanced voicemail system.
