Chashier at customer service was absolutely atrocious & wretched. I asked if I could get a lowes credit card for my money being returned because I needed to buy supplies today with that money that was going back to my card and she said yes but she would have to start over and gave me an ugly look while saying it. And I told her it was alright if she started over. But she rolled and widened her eyes and smirked laughing silently... and said okay! Oh yeah not to mention she was giving me my receipt back and I put my hand out so she could give it to me. But basically threw me my receipt across the desk she was attending at.

Dude they suck here. Literally every person I've came across, employees and customers included have the most sour attitudes and disgruntled looks on their faces. Not knowledgeable, nor helpful with much of anything. Literally try to get in and out as fast as i can which is impossible because the store is so damn big I can never find anything! Zzz

I visisited the Sonora Lowe's on Sunday evening to purchase 16, 60lb sacks of concrete. An associate named Ryan loaded all 16 sacks in minutes! He was very kind and helpful! Almost 1000 lbs! I was most grateful to him for his help!! Thank you Ryan!?

Everything I’ve ordered from Lowe’s comes promptly in great shape it’s so easy! I can shop from my couch and I don’t have to leave especially in bad weather. Lowe’s is the best.

Problem off loading heavy purchase into truck, no help, buying tools and no help eventhough 3 guys were helping one man , finally young fellow helped but I asked to place heavy object a certain way on basket so I as a older woman could off load it and he put it the way it would work for him 30 years younger and 2 feet taller,I about left a lung behind trying 5 times to move it which was not possible it was too big, I had to bring basket back to store leave it, get my truck and drive it over to the store and a customer ended up helping me, I was about ready to return it, that day was not a good day, you need more help or something people can use to help them lift, don't put heavy object into a deep cart no room to push and flip it out and a 3 tone low profile jack is heavy FYI women lit best when item is about hip level not like men!!!!!!

Lowes really sucks for delivery. They contract it out and there is a HUGE disconnect between the two. One blames the other and nothing gets done. They actually showed up with one delivery guy and our refrigerator but he couldn't do it alone. Unbelievable. 3rd time they've failed us.

worst store ever. Went to return an appliance that was defective. Told to contact manufacturer. Manufacturer said to deal with store. No answer to calls. Now the rest of the appliance has failed. It was defective from the start and now is unusable. On phone 3 times today with no resolution and no one answering calls. Never again.

I’ve been shopping at Sonora Lowe’s for almost five years and never had one of their staff laugh at my face until today. Danny went to the Pro Desk laughing at me after I ask him twice to help me load my order (one front door), that was so unprofessional and disrespectful. My order is now being delivered.As someone who has to deal with people on a daily basis, I would never laugh at anybody requests.

Old washer and dryer removed (for a fee). New washer and dryer delivered fast and expertly. I got a call from an automated lady the day before saying delivery would be between 7am and 11am. Delivery folks called me on delivery day at 6:30am saying they were ten minutes away. Ok, so I won't look cute, but very happy to receive my appliances first thing. Very nice, thorough and patient delivery folks today (8/9/23) in downtown Sonora.

Generally speaking you need to know exactly what you need and be prepared to hunt for it . But! A number of employees really try to be helpful.Bruce in Plumbing is a good example. Helpful, courteous, and willing to extend effort for a customer.

Bought a refrigerator last year from Lowes in Sonora. It hasn't worked properly since I purchased it. I also bought a five year warranty. Last summer had a mechanic from warranty come out, he ordered parts, and supposedly fixed the major issue, but a minor issue with the light switch still needed a part. He said he would call me when part arrived. Never did. Skip a head a few months and the refrigerator is not working again. Now skip to spring (refrigerator still not working again) and call Lowe's who sends out mechanic (a month later, supposedly between the hours of 10-2, he shows up a 545, almost four hours after initial appointment, surmised issue and orders part. Wait another month for parts which is today. He is suppose to come between 10-2, a no show. Call Lowes who calls their mechanic company (if you call you get a recording, 5 stops out, doesn't matter when you call same message) and now have another appointment set up, now for Aug. 16th 1-5. Now they also said they would give me a credit for 150 dollars back in June to purchase a mini fridge to get by until the fridge fixed.. Never saw a penny. Also when initially delivered, and discovered it was not working properly tried to return and discovered they have a 24 hour time window for returns. They delivered fridge week after purchase. This has been a nightmare dealing with Lowes, their mechanics, and business attitude. I feel I've been victimized and cheated by this corporation. I will never purchase anything from them again. Am now considering going out to replace this fridge somewhere else. Would have 0 stars if I could. Buyer beware.

We bought cabinets for our kitchen (over 10K) Lowe's offered a deliver, which we choose. When the cabinets were delivered by the trucking company, they broke our automatic gate to get (I watched them do it, as did our neighbors). When we called Lowe's to have them reimburse us for the damage, they referred us to the trucking company. The company denied all and refused to pay. Lowe's did nothing to help. We bought from Lowe's, they are responsible for their vendors. They choose not to help. PS, the delivery companies employees reeked of merijuana as did the truck.
