Wife my son and I lived there and rented from Bonny Kolpack in 2018, and 2019 The house was poorly maintained had wood rot, black mold in the attic who ever installed the vinyl storm windows didn't know what they were doing. None of the doors in the house shut because they weren't hung properly. Rent was ridiculous 1100 for a 1bd 1bth. The in wall heater didnt work at all in the winter. all of these issues were brought up none were taken care of. All maintenance was done the by the tenant me. All in all do not rent from her she is a terrible landlord and doesn't care about the people renting these units.Update: I got a call this morning at 11:30 from bonny telling me I had one chance to retract my review, otherwise she would tell the actual truth (her version of it). Yet again proving her lack of professionalism.

I left a ONE star review only because big fat zero I was not available. Bonnie Kopack has homes on that lot that she rents out. The woman is a slum lord that takes advantage of her tenants. I know several people that live or lived on the property with giant RVs (her primary business) right outside their front door. Great view for which she shared top $$$$$. The units have mold problem, ants, faulty electrical, non-working appliances, doors that won't close and crap all over the yard! If a tenant complains about anything she threatens to have them pay for the remediation for ALL of the units if it's ants. If your heater stops working she will ignore you! When you give notice and leave, she won't give you your deposit back even if you scrub the place silly!!!! Sooooo... unless you are completely desperate; stay away!

All I can say about this place is that Bonnie Kolpack is angry and vicious. She is very mean,mouthy, and borderline violent.

I stored my 21ft travel trailer there. I was behind on the rent a few times as I'm on the road a lot. They assured me it wasn't a problem as long as I eventually came in and got caught up, which I did. Came in one day to pay my bill and remove the trailer to take it home and prep it for sale. Found another trailer in my spot. They actually gave my trailer away! Stay away from Kolpack's at all cost. No security whatsoever, they give your property away and claim it was stolen. The fact they had moved another trailer in my spot without consulting me first proves my point.
