The store is always clean and inviting. Even when you call they greet you with enthusiasm and are eager to help. The manager is very professioner, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. The staff are all very friendly too. And their bathrooms are always clean and stocked.

I was greeted upon entering the store and asked if I needed help with anything specific which made me feel appreciated. The selection in the store was great, it was clean and shelves were very tidy. I was asked by 2 or 3 employee's during my shopping if they could help me with anything. Great Store Great Team!!!

We found out today that Kohl's Sonora although they do have a men's dressing room, Kohl's FREELY allows everyone to use the same dressing room. There is no attendant generally or very seldom. So, PLEASE PLEASE don't think you are safe while changing since this very rude 20 something man was freely allowed to roam in and out. I would have been slightly less disturbed if he had actually been using a room for changing instead of wondering around in the dressing rooms... looking for what? An opportunity?? This is very sad since our area is critically short on shopping. As well there is ZERO signage to warn anyone.
