They want to run a HARD CREDIT CHECK. If you say no, they won’t allow you to monitor your tank online, and they are rude to you with their tone and you feel like you’re being judged. I had just had my credit ran for a car and rental and couldn’t run it for a third time if I didn’t absolutely need to. They are expensive, rude, and all around ridiculous. If you’re able to choose a different company, do so. You’ll regret going with JS West.

Showed up today at the cabin, (memorial day weekend) found we had a small propane leak. Called the after hours number for JS West, Victor the on call service technician was on site shortly and repaired the issue, very professional and efficient. Thank you for the awesome customer care.

This company will shut off your propane if you owe them 75.00 dollars. Even if 200$ of the propane in the tank is yours. Not to mention they will steal your property to do it. Then when they f'd up the payment they already, they will ignore you and make your family wait days to return the property they stole from you that makes it impossible to have heat and hot water. Worst experience I've ever had. This is after being a customer for 17 years. Not locally owned either, just another lie. Will be changing service ASAP.

Easy to reach and friendly front desk. First time home owner and Victor came out for a tank inspection. He was very helpful in explaining all the things to know about owning a tank and service options. He also made a repair to the stove for us (we had a flame that would only go full blast and he was able to tone it back to normal). Above and beyond for just an inspection!

Absolute garbage office ladies. THE WORST. They have absolutely no concept that you are PAYING for a service. Drivers are nice though!

The ladies at the front desk are very rude. My family and I have gotten behind because of unforeseen circumstances. And asked to make payments of $100 a week. And was told that was fine. And that it was set up. The next week I played $100 and they still came out and turned off the gas and told me I had to pay the whole bill and $50 reconnect fee.

Nothing like running out of propane on 4-th of July.... These guys were a lifesavers, from a friendly and helpful person on the phone (REAL person, mind you not a recording) to the professional and courteous technicians who showed up early next day to check out my tank and fill it up. And did I mentioned that the technicians were super professional, inspected my lines, pressure and adjusted the stove burners. Exemplary service that hard to find these days!

Recently our propain tank was not working on Feb 15th Andrew Jensen went out there to my home and fixed and serviced the big tank so that my guests did not freeze. He was so nice and helpful , he is a credit to your company. Katherine
