Amazing experience. I believe her name was Liz? Anyways, she is fantastic. We purchased my engaged ring there today. We had fun picking a ring, laughing and she showed me great ideas about what to do when my fingers swell because of an autoimmune disease. The ring i picked at 11am today was too small, and she said she would try her hardest to resize it before they closed at 3. At 1:45 she called and told me it was ready. It was the perfectly sized and looked even better than when i originally grabbed it. I will definitely be returning for the custom wedding band.

Recently moved to the area and was happy to discover this establishment at the recommendation of locals. Liz and Robert are genuine, know their stuff, and are client-committed to helping you find what you are looking for. I entered the store as a customer and left as a friend. Their strong track record, incredible patience and attention to detail are all hallmarks of a great business but the "cherry on top," is that they immediately try to understand how they can help and then make your mission their own. Highly recommend this place. I always look forward to going to this jewelry shop, even if it's just to cruise and see what's new and say, "Hello," to Liz and Robert.
