Excellent selection of quality shoes, many are ergonomic and with many cute options. It is so hard to fine ergonomic shoes that are not hideous so I like this place. The prices are a little high but the selection is worth it. I shop here a lot and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They also have the best CBD cream I've ever used. The lavender scented one in the purple tube.

The blonde lady that works here is snooty, not very friendly. She was more interested in talking to a younger girl, possibly her daughter, than with helping us. She has been this way every time we go in here. We will not be going back. The prices are much higher than other shoe stores that carry the same brand.

Love, Love, Love this shoe store. Shoe stores are so hard to find. They have high quality shoes. This is my second pair bought here, Taos and Naot.Highly recommend checking this store out. Your feet will thank you!

As local residents, my husband and I wanted to buy local when shopping for new shoes. I really wanted to give the woman at the shop the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was the end of a long day but, looking at other reviews, this seems to be the norm. She treated us like we were inconveniencing her, she snapped at me rudely, refused to measure my husband's feet (he had been feeling like maybe his feet had changed a bit), and insisted a pair of shoes were the right fit (wide when a regular was needed) when they weren't. While we would have happily bought locally, we ultimately decided to buy the same shoes online because of the poor service.

I love this store for the brands, styles, and quality of the shoes the carry. I have been coming here for years, and always find many pairs I like. I'm especially happy that they have a sale section also now; also very good annual or semi- annual sales! The staff is also very helpful. I do wish the prices were lower; but I know the brands they carry are worth it.

I was so disappointed yesterday when my husband and I happily went into this store, only to be treated coldly as though we were bothering the two women working there. Keeping one from her yarn work and seemingly keeping the other one awake. We tried to make a little small talk and it was either ignored or shut down. I did buy a pair of shoes because they had a pair of Birkenstocks that I had been looking for. Customer service was nonexistent. The shoes in this store are roughly $100-$300/pair. They are quality shoes. Paying this amount of money for shoes, especially in a tourist town, one would expect that the workers would open the boxes and help buckle buckles on Birkenstocks. Not here. She handed me the boxes and then walked to the door to the back room and proceeded to just watch me. Stare wordlessly as I buckled the four buckles on the sandals. I have bought many shoes at this store in the past, but I think that sums up my buying experience from this store -it's all in the past. With retail stores suffering, especially in small towns, please get a clue and give even the smallest bit of customer service. We were so uncomfortable in that store. The owners of this store and their customers deserve more than this blonde girl and this glasses wearing girl are delivering. Do better! And if you don't want to do your job, find a new one.

My friend and I were visiting from out of town and were going from store to store looking at the cool stuff on display. When we walked by this store we noticed a cat in the window!! How cute!! She was just sleeping in the front window shoe display and thought she was so cute.We were greeted by the nicest young lady, who told us the kitty's name was Socks. After looking around, my friend and I decided to get matching Birkenstock clogs. I'm so happy we got to purchase from a local store! And one that is cat friendly! As a cat mom myself, I loved this. Give the kitty a raise. :)

I had a wonderful experience with Heike. I broke my right foot and had surgery. It's still quite swollen, and I couldn't properly try on shoes, but I wanted the "right" shoes at the ready for when I'm able to walk on my foot. Heike understood and was so helpful, patient and friendly. She made several suggestions and worked with me on sizing, styles and features to accommodate my foot. She was a good listener too! I purchased a beautiful pair of midnight navy suede Boston Birkenstocks with shearling. I'm so happy. I set them out at home to inspire my healing process. I cannot wait to wear them. I saw other shoes I'd love to try. When I'm fully healed, I will definitely go back! Thank you, Heike!

Great shoes, worth the money. My knees are bad (bone on bone) and the shoes made them feel slightly better. Very happy! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because at a great shoe store, like this one, I was hoping for the old shoe store experience of the staff sitting in front of you to measure your foot and help you to try them on. I guess those days are truly gone.

Quality and practical men's and women's shoes, boots. Will stand up to rough wear - and last. Don't expect low ball pricing, but over the long haul I think you'll be $$$ and comfort ahead.Service very good. My only disappointment was 'Socks' did not leave the comfort of his window habitat to greet me.
