Got in just as it was closing! So much stuff it would take days! We definitely need to go back. Friendly service, even while closing! My husband grabbed an album & I snagged the cutest pair of black boots with white faux trim. I put them on immediately & wore them from then on. Thank you, from the Cain's

Took 5 pairs of shoes in to get a date put on them for my wedding for the groomsmen on September 13th. Was told 2 weeks and they would be ready, they were shipped to the wrong address so when I went in to pick up they said it would be another 2 weeks. I went in and they said another week, this went on for 3 months and a week. Every time I went in it was always another week never returned my phone calls or called me to give an update. Finally got them today they came in December 6th and it was an outrageous price for what looked like someone just put a sticker on them, horrible customer service will not go back. He did take a hundred dollars off the price which was nice but not at all worth the price that I still had to pay.

If you want to really look through a total full large space hard to get too, this is the place. I found good antiques. Never know what you might find. I found a couple Lladro pieces.

Went in for the first time. Completely ignored while my friend and I shopped for some things. Had to call to the woman hiding in the back for help. She was really unhelpful, didn't know prices on several items, was rude about some threadbare aprons. Absolutely no haggling on prices. I mentioned I was taking my service dog to Costa Rica. For some unknown reason she blurts out "I hope you don't lose your dog in Costa Rica!" Why would you even say that? Never coming back. Not impressed. Customer service was less than what I would expect anywhere. Ick.

I wish I could give less stars. We are business owners in Sonora and my wife was so thoughtful to have a belt buckle made for my birthday months in advance. Not only was it way more than the the normal buckle people I know in the past but it was very late. My wife was on the phone weekly arguing. Needless to say the thoughtful gift was not there for the birthday. Since they had the mold, I tried to order more for our employees. NOPE, not only twice as much as should be but could only make them with the same serial number! What's the point of a serial number if they are all #1? Not only did the buckle come with flawed air pockets but the bail broke and not its a $405 paper weight! I feel bad for my wife. I loved the idea but we are going through Western Heritage since I have not received a call back for this issue..I have to pay for a whole new mold but at least they are the professionalsBuyers beware!

This store has become a favorite to pop into. We always end up manifesting at least one or two magical vintage record gems - whenever we browse here. The staff have always been friendly and there's always a plethora of unique and fascinating finds - ranging from cowboy boots, to vintage jackets and more. After reading more about this quirky gem of a store - it sounds like they're well known for doing engravings and lasering. If you're looking to buy some records or personalize some jewelry - this business is definitely worth checking out. Trust.

Our family has used Clints since the 80s. It is one of the oldest of it's kind un the area. They have always had great customer service on all orders, and everything is done with great care and attention to detail. We used them a few months ago fir sone last minute things for a wedding I was in. They were se to get us the engravings by the next day looking beautiful. I've also used them several times to monogram towels & various other items. They have never disappointed me on the quality.
