Such affordable, quick and friendly service. My car is working great again. Highly recommend this shop, definitely taking my car back to this shop next time there's an issue with it.”

“I was referred by a friend that had nothing but amazing things to say about this place, and after my experience today I couldn’t agree more! I called at 8:30am, a brand new customer. I explained that a battery was accidentally installed backwards on my vehicle and clearly something fried... Car wouldn’t start. In a panic on a Friday morning I called Dave’s auto and he took my car right in. The tow arrived around 10, and this company had my part ordered, delivered and ready for pickup by 2:30pm THE SAME DAY!! I’ve never had an auto shop even look at my car the same day with a drop off, and this company had me back on the road before I was even clocked out for the weekend. That’s not even mentioning that the total cost for my last minute drop off and part cost less than the battery that was bought the previous day! Thank you so much to Dave’s auto staff. You truly are amazing!”
“I won’t give the details of the work since my car is newer than 1946. But Mikey got me and my girlfriend out of a really tight spot on a weekend. Not because he knew us (he didn’t, we were out-of-towners), but because he’s a good and genuinely kind person. Mikey self-ascribes as a ‘fabricator’, but his work warrants the label ‘artist’ as far as I’m concerned. My only regret is not having him sign it.”

“Brought in truck that broke down on CA highway. We're from Idaho. Needed it looked at immediately and repaired soonest. They dropped what they were doing as soon as our truck was towed in. They gave us a ride to the car rental place, they used (by permission) a part from another truck that matched ours so we didn't have to wait 3 days for the part to come in, they had our truck repaired in less than 24 hours. They set everything aside to assist us as we were from another state traveling thru California. Can't say enough good about them! Thank you Jim's Automotive/Opie's Garage!”

“I had a transmission replaced by a shop when I was on a trip to Santa Barbra and had issues immediately after having the work done. I went to multiple shops to have it inspected but none could find the issue. I even called Jasper transmission where it was purchased just to get the run around for almost a year. The crew at Auto Tech opened the trans up and found chunks of metal and were able get jasper to send a replacement unit right away. They scheduled me in and gave me an incredibly reasonable price. Today my truck is back on the road and running smoother than ever. I would highly recommend you trusting them working on your vehicle. Excellent work, Friendly staff, Keeps you updated throughout the entire process, Affordable pricing, and no BS!!!! 11/10 experience.”

“Mike the owner is always professional and does quality work. Make sure to call in a month to a few weeks ahead as this is one of the few shops that has full competence on working on European vehicles. This makes them pretty busy. They always use OEM parts and adhered to the factory specs and do not cut corners. I have also brought my own aftermarket parts to them before and they have used them without issue. Pricing is better than the dealer but will remain expensive which is just the nature of owning European cars. You also have the benefit of dealing with an honest business rather than a dealer which can be deceptive.
If you care about your car being worked on correctly with people who know what they are doing this is the place.”

“Blew up the radiator in my 1985 300SD on the 108 the first time I really took the car out and gave it the beans. Found myself without tools and no way to fix it. They fixed it in a day and really did their due diligence cleaning and prepping the other parts I asked them to replace or fix. They didn't even attempt to gouge me, which was refreshing.”

After a multi-point inspection, Ryan told me what our F-150 pick-up needed. He patiently listened to my questions and advised me what should be done at the next service.”

“When it comes to cost, Walmart Auto Care beat all the other places I've taken our rare, customized VPG-MV1, like Jiffy Lube and Big O Tires. The service attendant was knowledgeable about my unique vehicle, which was a big plus! “Store Manager Gary clarified that an initial inspection would determine the actual maintenance needs of my 20 year old (beloved) car . Gary phoned me after the inspection (which only took a few hours) and told me exactly what the inspection revealed as needed, including the estimated cost of the entire job. The needs spoke for themselves -- I chose to have it all fixed at once. His mechanics were able to finish the whole job that same day. Great service. Thank you!”
