This place is awful they are a place that Will add a bunch of b.s pricing at the register so be sure and call them out on it. My recommendation is to never go there, the arco gas sucks, and the food is always old, cheap, nasty, outdated, and horrible for you!! This place disgusts me!!

I purchased a Puff Plus Bar from this location and it burnt out in less than 24 hours which made no sense. I started to wonder if the product was counterfeit so I took a look at the box the device came in and sure enough it contained spelling errors proving that the product is in fact counterfeit. Not okay at all and even if they were not intentionally selling counterfeit products, it should still be common sense to inspect the packaging of these devices before putting them on the shelves where people can purchase them since it is so notorious for establishments to sell fake puff bars...

The woman working at this AMPM on 5/25/20 at 10:00am told my husband he was wrong in his parenting and that my son should be able to eat an ice cream in our brand new van. My husband explained they had an hour long drive to grandpa’s house and the ice cream would just melt all over the car. My husband told my son, “no, you can eat an ice cream later at Pa’s house.” The woman at AMPM was extremely unprofessional and told my son he should be allowed to eat an ice cream in the van! My son cried the whole way to grandpa’s house because the woman said he should have had an ice cream inside the van. When I asked her name, she wouldn’t give me her name. Also when I asked for the manager/owner’s name, she wouldn’t give me that either! When a parent tells their child “NO,” it means “NO!” Know your place, don’t cross those boundaries and stick to being professional at your job!

Yesterday I stopped at the AMPM to get some gas and when I got back in my car, the battery was dead. I went inside and asked the clerks if they had jumper cables and one of the clerks thought that she did, but when she got to her vehicle, she noticed that she did not have them. Wanting to help me get on my way, she called across the street to Sonora Express Lube to see if they could drive over and jumpstart my vehicle, which they did. I am very appreciative of the efforts that the clerk went through to get me back on the road. Awesome customer service!
