Maria in the office is wonderful. Always there to answer questions. Move in and move out was very simple. My unit was clean and had zero issues while I was there. Highly recommended Purely Storage.

I just met with the weekend manager, Jamie, to make a payment, and found her to be very knowledgeable of how to go about storing things in my unit. She also knows a lot about the Sonora area. I was very happy to have the chance to deal with her.

Maria was so helpful, kind and just overall wonderful! She made the whole process easy from day one. By the end of my time needing this storage unit I felt like we had become friends! 10/10 I would recommend this place to everyone I know! Maria has the best customer service! The storage units are a great size and clean. I have had any safety issues. I really liked storing my stuff here. I had the biggest unit and then the medium size later on. Both great and it was simple to change units when I needed to downsize.
