I needed to have my catalytic converter diagnosed on my 2013 Nissan Altima 2.5 SV. I called Sean up at 410 and he was able to get me in quickly. When I took my car in he called me the same day and confirmed my catalytic converter was the issue. He quoted me the prices and told me he could have the parts ordered from Nissan if I preferred. I did and the parts came the next day. He placed the parts on and replaced my engine oil. The issue was resolved all at a fair price compared to what Nissan would've charged me. Sean is honest, professional, attentive and fast. I highly recommend him and will be taking my vehicles to him in the future. He even went above and beyond and fixing a few odds and ends.

Sean is very honest and fair. He has done major repairs on my car and is quick to diagnose and fix whatever is going on. It’s rare to find someone in this business who really does just want to help get you back on the road. He services all of our cars and I highly recommend doing business with 410 Automotive.

We went to purchase a used car and needed a pre-purchase inspection. I called as soon as they opened and he said he'd get me in that afternoon. We were driving from a significant distance, and it was a relief to find someone in the area as knowledgeable as Sean. He completely checked out the vehicle, even going above and beyond. If we lived in the area, this is definitely where all our cars would be serviced.
