I'm 90 minutes away so I called them in advance: "Do you have a good selection of low cost open face autocross helmets?" "Why sure we do! Come on over!"
I get there and they have one model. They also don't have all the sizes. OK, it looks as though I'm most likely size L, can you please order it for me? "Why sure! I'll place the order on Monday and send you the tracking number."
Thursday rolls around and nothing. I call in and tell them that if the order has not yet been placed, please cancel it. They call back an hour later, "Yes, the order has been placed." "Can I get a tracking number?" "Umm.. Well.. Uh.. Yeah.. Umm.. I'll email you this afternoon."
It ends up that they placed the order on Thursday despite me telling them to cancel it. Item arrived after my event :(

Customer Service at it's Finest! I purchased a Tracom driver's intercom from WCMS (for instructing HPDE). While using it for the 2nd time at the Sonoma Raceway, one of the headsets developed a loose, intermittent connection, rendering it almost useless. I took it back to WCMS and THEY LOANED ME A REPLACEMENT for the remainder of the day! They returned my unit for service. And, they shipped the repaired unit back to me at no cost. One just rarely sees this level of customer support! Thank you, Carlos! Gene Stangel

First and foremost if your going to make people wait more than an hour to receive the order placed at least have the tvs in the building broadcasting the event going on . I missed an hour an 20 minutes of the races & missed out on the autograph session of the drivers . I understand that you were overwhelmed with orders . It was a waste of my ticket money to have to wait for a food order the event is live streamed an it could have been on inside the cafeteria. Also the exit doors should be the entrance doors an the entrance door should be the exit .. all the people in line were confused about who was in line or waiting for an order / invest in a intercom or a # board noone could hear what order was being called . This experience partly made my day of fun irritating by having felt I wasted my time with going to get sum food for lunch . Honestly the event should have had more than 2 concessions stands open the lines were outrageous at both ...

Went I n looking for a helmet. Kevin was helpful by answering my questions. They didn't have size I needed in helmet I selected so I ordered it from another store and it should be shipped to my house any day now.
