If you take your vehicle to Mikes alignment and brake in boys hot springs be prepared for bogus charges and recommendations that are not even close to being ready for service. Clearly a nice polite ripoff and fraud business

Updating to three stars. Mike called me today to see why I didn't show up. He was unaware that I had and apologized for the experience. Told him I had the work done elsewhere. He earns a few stars back for the follow up and apology.

I wish they had 6 stars. Best in town. Great prices and quick. I had so many thing's wrong with my truck. They had it done in 2 days. 2 Days!! I can't say enough about the staff. Very very nice and they break everything down by price before they start then they get it done. I won't bring my vehicles anywhere else. Great job guys.

It was 4pm and we discovered we had a nail in our tire because our tire pressure warning light came on. We had a 2 hr drive ahead of us from home. Mike had us bring our car right in after we told this to him (even though he had a full load of cars needing repair) 30 minutes later we were on the road home! Kuddos to he and his staff. I highly recommend this business.

Great service! just want to thank the guys at mikes, for the quick turnaround. Called in the morning and ray fit me in schedule and had me out before the hour. Told him to save my parts and he did. Very honest prices with great quality. Will definitely return.

Mike is the man. He knows what he's doing and so do his employees. I've bought tires from them and alignments and I wouldn't go anywhere else in Sonoma because these guys set me up straight in a timely fashion every time. If you need it done right the first time go here.

Mike and his crew have made several repairs on my Honda and I have bought tires there at least twice. Excellent service every time. Always makes sure the customer is happy and the car is running great. I couldn't be happier to have such a wonderful place for my car maintenance and repair.

Mike saved my car!!! We made an awful mistake and ended up putting the wrong fluid in the wrong spot and it could have caused major damage to my car. I called several places at 1 pm on a Saturday and nobody answered. Mike called me back and had me immediately bring my car in to flush out the fluid. He asked me to come back after work on Monday so he could flush it again. The price was a fraction of what I could have had to pay for if the flushing had not been successful. Mike and his team gave me outstanding service at such a cheap price. I am so grateful to them for saving my car and I highly recommend taking your car here!

I cannot recommend Mike and his crew enough for your vehicle repair needs. I've gotten tires, alignments, and wheel balances from him before, but his exceptional service today really blew me away. I do nearly all my own work on my car, but get professional services that require expensive equipment (tire mounting, alignments, etc.) done by the pros. I recently purchased a new used car, and it had bad steering wheel vibrations at freeway speeds. I brought it into Mike, and he performed a wheel balance and alignment for a very reasonable price, but informed me that the tires were out of round, and told me a few of the suspension components were worn. I was about to leave on a 2 week road trip, and didn't want to spend money on an alignment if I would just have to get another alignment when I returned and replaced the suspension components. He said, "No problem, I'll perform the alignment today and when you come back after you've replaced the components, I'll perform another alignment free of charge." Wow. When I came back, he performed the alignment after I had replaced all 4 struts and the front lower control arms. In his previous inspection, he had said I needed inner tie rods, but when I was working on them, I couldn't detect any play and decided not to replace them. When I got the second alignment, he showed me the method for detecting minute inner tie rod play, and indeed they were worn. I ordered them, replaced them, and brought my car in for a third alignment that I was fully expecting and gladly would have paid for, but Mike again performed a full 4 wheel alignment free of charge! Mike does great work at reasonable prices, is friendly, gets the work done on time, and I have 100% confidence that he only recommends work to his customers that needs to be done. He has the customer's best interest in mind, and for this, I give him two thumbs up. Thanks, Mike!

I was very thankful to have William’s Auto Care recommended to me. My wife and I have been caring for family in the area since the COVID outbreak and found my mother in law’s car was due for a service. I was easily able to schedule an appointment and have her car in early the following week. Upon arrival, I was pleased to see the staff were adhering to recommended COVID precautions to include wearing face masks, providing hand sanitizer and wiping down the interior of the car once the service was complete.The service itself was spot on and I appreciated the complimentary inspection. We had a couple items that might need some attention in the not to distant future, but not absolutely necessary at the moment. As such, they didn’t try to hard-sell us anything, and I truly appreciate that.This is a great shop that has been around for decades and it is east to see why. I would definitely recommend William’s!
