I am not a very computer savvy person. The person was extremely helpful and patient with me and did not make me feel “stupid” at all. I felt good when I left the store. The only negative was he didn’t mention anything about a warranty.

Excellent friendly knowledgeable service. Especially helpful with me not remembering passcodes, pins, etc. they were able to get into my damaged unworkable phone in other ways.
