I have used VOM for many years. The care and level of service they provide is exceptional. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They consistently keep us up to date with reminders for when our pets are due for anything. All of the procedures they have provided for our 3 pets over the years has always started with upfront pricing estimates and I have found their costs to be more than reasonable compared to others. They make sure to keep us informed with detailed lab results when needed and the Dr always reaches out to ask if we have any questions about anything. I highly recommend taking your furry loved ones here. They take great care of their furry patients and they have outstanding communication skills with their human clients as well.

Very Good service.

They are too busy to be of any help. You can't get an appointment, even if your pet is ill. Their fees have also skyrocketed in the past year.

I've been taking my dog here for eight years and they have always taken such great care of him. We have recently had a few emergencies and now a dental procedure and they were able to schedule us asap. The staff goes above and beyond when they see him, I'm grateful they take the extra steps to make sure nothing is overlooked (and that he is comfortable!) Also reasonably priced. Highly recommend

Terrible, they are never available if you have an emergency, and they up charge you for unneeded testing. They are also not on the cutting edge of medicine for senior animals. Very incompetent front desk that does not know how to keep track of charts or read them.

Greatly appreciate our first experience today w/ Valley of the Moon Vet Hospital. They took my pup in today two hours after I called about her illness, we did not have a vet here in Sonoma yet and they were so kind & helpful.Fairly priced and nice staff too, plus my girl loved the tech and vet both.

These people are never available for an emergency and totally overcharge and upcharge for normal testing. They also cancelled a prescription that the testing was already done and paid for and called in, lying to the pharmacy that the testing was not done. And lying to me that the prescription was on the way, putting my dog in potential harm if I had not checked with the pharmacy. This was after I told them I would go to another vet due to trying to charge me for testing not needed as the testing had recently been done at an emergency center and I did not want to pay twice. A total disappointment. Will not ever use them again. Extremely rude front desk.

Xóchitl is an angel! Although my dog is difficult to work with(defensive, scared, and shy), Xóchitl always manages to handle her through her treatments and exams. The vet has always been informative and caring.

We have been taking my dog here since he was a puppy and have always had great experiences. They make every effort to get him in even if there is a busy schedule, and the doctors are extremely knowledgeable and responsive via email. Dr. Schwab once diagnosed a foxtail from an email I sent her when I was across the country! I highly recommend.

my dog was seen after moving here and less than a month later I took him to a specialty vet where he was diagnosed with hemangeosarcoma, a blood vessel tumor on the spleen that can rupture abruptly resulting in death. VotM vet missed every sign of this disease which is common in labrador retrievers. in addition when i asked them to set up a prescription for the carprofen (a generic) he was on they called in the name brand (rimadyl) instead which is 3x the cost, then tried to argue that it was not an error On their part. I did not go back.
