I love this store! They carry so many great brands of clothing and fun jewelry. The staff is wonderful. I never leave without finding something great to purchase. My favorite clothes come from this unique boutique!

I was excited by eclectic clothing options which drew me into the store. Upon entering with my husband who was drinking a coffee, was treated poorly by an employee. Her approach was quite rude about no food or drinks. Now, it should be noted that there were no visible signs posted outside about a no drinks policy. So as a result, prior to even saying "hi or welcome" a yell of "do you want to put your drink here?" Easily caught us off guard and we were puzzled. Then she went on to say "you can put your drink here, the owner is paranoid about drinks". My husband responded politely with a no thank you, I'll just stay outside. He proceeded to go across the way to the Prohibition store. I highly recommend that place. Great service and we dropped a pretty penny there. Anyway, I should have exited immediately as well but I didn't. The two ladies on duty proceeded to gossip pretty loudly at that about a mishap with the other store across the way. Like a lot, the one lady who remained behind the counter really went in about lack of insurance etc. she's the same person who yelled at my husband. There was another couple in the store as well and they were also being ignored but the husband did co-sign and buy his wife some items. Anyway, despite the offerings the experience in the store makes me regret stepping inside. I was prepared to get quite a few pieces today but the environment dictated my exit. I'd suggest some etiquette training be revisited to the staff. They were more concerned about picking up leaves than by being welcoming. There's lots of other awesome stores that you should venture to.

Very pretty clothing and jewelry. I think styles were more geared to the over 40 crowd, which is refreshing. Excellent customer service. Staff was so helpful! I have already recommended to friends and will def return.

This was the only place that could get a jacket that I wanted for my wedding. The owner kept me updated constantly (it was backordered) and worked with the designer to get it to me in time. Perfect!!!

I needed a necklace for a new turquoise top which is plain. One of the other shop owners on the square suggested “The Total Look” boutique on the square in Sonoma. I didn’t shop for clothes but there is a lot of inventory to choose from. I was there to find the perfect necklace. And I had four viable choices but one was absolutely perfect, giving me the total look I was going for! I received assistance and good suggestions from all three staff members. I came away delighted and wanted to share this suggestion with others! When you are in Sonoma, stop by The Total Look, I know you’ll find something perfect you can’t live without!!

Great selection and a fabulous chocolate shop right there too. I’m a 60 yo woman with a 60 yo body and found great fitting pants and tips. Helpful staff.

A MUST-STOP IN SONOMA!!! From chic separates to bold statement pieces, I found so many cute looks and unique accessories at The Total Look in Sonoma, CA. The owner is charming and she and her daughter have created a thriving boutique where there is something for every devotee to fashion. I love this small boutique with loads of creative clothes for women. What I tried on fit my style and were comfortable. The few items I purchased were of good quality and are now some of my favorite things in my closet. They are a little pricy, but if you end up with items you love, it's worth splurging a little.

This buying experience has been a nightmare, first time purchase with them on line. Placed order, was to be notified when shipped, no email received, followed up with text if shipped, reply was that it shipped with tracking number, searched tracking number, no such number in ups system, call store, clerk saya she is busy will call back in a coupleminutes, no call, call 2 hours later, she says she left message for me, no message and proceeds to tell me it has already been delivered which is false. I will never purchase anything from this shop again. They have my money and I have no delivery of merchandise.
